Vriesea Chestnut
Endemic to South America, this Vriesea has rich red/purple hues and as foliage matures becomes a darker green, with contrasting white markings.
How to care for your Vriesea –
Water: Keep the bromeliad’s cup topped with water. Do not water the substrate as the plant will rot.
Light:Grow in medium to bright light spots, as long as they’re not exposed to too much direct sun.
Humidity:Regular humidity levels are sufficent.
Temperature:They like to be in a warmer spot about 18 degrees C.
