Plant description
Ultra Violet Annual Waterlily is a HEAVY BLOOMER and has beautifully shaped flowers with sumptuous, dark purple flowers and golden-yellow centers.
These beautiful blooms are held regally, 4 – 7 inches, above the surface of the water while the magnificent, maroon pads, splashed with lighter red, float on the surface of the water. An eye catching combination and a real knockout! Ultra Violet Waterlily will bloom beautifully for you, but you must fertilize your waterlilies as they are VERY HEAVY FEEDERS.
Planting instructions
Plant your Ultra Violet Waterlily in a very large container (3 – 7 gallon or larger), use heavy loam soil and place 6 – 24 inches beneath the surface of the water, in full sun (5+ hours).
Fertilize during the growing/blooming season.
