A hybrid strain of cowslip with heads of nodding, fragrant flowers in shades of yellow, orange and red which are a magnet for bees. Can be used to naturalise in grass where they will gently self-seed to slowly make impressive colonies.
Prefers a moisture retentive but well-drainedsoil in partial shade. Remove spent blooms to ensure prolonged flowering.
