Jack’s Magic After Shock is a chlorine reducer that is primarily used with Stain Solution 1 (The Iron, Cobalt and Spot Etching Stuff) to reduce chlorine to below 1 ppm. After Shock can also be used to quickly lower chlorine levels after shocking.
| Dosage |
Add 2 ounces per 15,000 gallons to lower chlorine residual 1 ppm or bromine 2 ppm. Please Note: Overdosing will make establishing a chlorine residual difficult following treatment. It is best to use smaller amounts with repeated additions. |
