Buddleja davidii ‘Black Knight’

Buddleja, the butterfly bush, is a lavishly flowering deciduous shrub. In August and September the plant produces flumes of deliciously fragrant flowers. As the name suggests, the fragrant flowers attract butterflies. Prune the plant hard in March; it flowers most profusely on new wood.
